Labor Dr. von Froreich & Kollegen becomes member of Sonic Healthcare
July 16, 2008: Sonic Healthcare Limited announces the conclusion of an agreement on the purchase of 100 per cent of the ownership interests in Gesellschaften für klinische Labordiagnostik and GLP medical Group's wholesale business in Hamburg.
The transaction includes Sonic's purchase of two minority shares in GLP systems GmbH and GLP networks AG. Dr. von Froreich and his family continue to hold the share majority in both companies.

NASHIP Certification
